We hope everyone is staying safe and healthy right now. We wanted to let you know that Monapalooza has been cancelled. All other PTA programs will be either indefinitely postponed or cancelled and we will update as we have more information for you.
Silent Auction will still take place, but at a later date and online only. We have not set its date yet, but watch Facebook for future updates. We will not be doing the class baskets portion of the auction since there is no way for us to gather all of the items and work on them in the school. If you still have your items that you already purchased please go ahead and either return them or hang on to them for another event or donate them. If you have already dropped off the items at the school, once school reopens we will be able to gather those items and get them back to you. Teacher dates and “For A Day” will also not be part of the silent auction this year.
We will be refunding any Monapalooza t-shirts and tickets that were purchased. If you bought online, we will begin the process of starting those refunds next week. Refunds for Monapalooza t-shirts purchased via cash or check will take a little longer and will go home with your students once we’re all back in the building. We ask that you please bear with us as we work through the refunds and please be sure that the PTA will keep you up to date as we work through this process.
We are disappointed about the cancellation of Monapalooza but understand that helping to protect the health of our children, staff and community is the most important thing right now. Thank you for your understanding as we work on keeping you informed.
